- HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
- In case you have completed an order and you have received our confirmation e-mail but for any reason you wish to cancel you should immediately contact with our e-shop at firstname.lastname@example.org or to 210-4836860. We will check ypur order status and according to your case we will inform you for the procedure that will be implemented.
- WHAT CAN I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
- In case you wish to return a product you should immediately contact with our e-shop at email@example.com or to 210-4836860, without being obliged to reveal the reason of your decision. The return must take place within 7 days from purchase date. The shipping expenses in this case burden the customer.
In order for us to accept the return the following conditions must apply:

- The items you wish to return must be in their original status, in their package and with their tags. If the items are violated or partially destroyed by customers end then the return will not be accepted.
- All returned products must be accompanied with the corresponding receipt or invoice.
The return of an item which carries a personal printing or player printing e.g. home kit, is valid when any of the following occur:
As long as it concerns the items value, we provide full refund of the price you paid for the order excluding the shipping costs that burdens the customer. Once the returned order is received by our end, we will credit within thirty (30) days the bank account of the customer.
- If the product is faulty.
- If the personal printing on the item is different from the one in the order.
- If there is a fault on the players printing.
- WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE COMPLETED MY ORDER BUT HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION E-MAIL?
- The cases where something like that might occur are the following:
In last case it would be best if you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or to 210-4836860 and report this problem so that we will be able to make all the necessary actions for your service.
- You haven’t completed all the necessary steps for the completion of your order so we were not able to receive it.
- Maybe there was a problem with the internet connection during the time you where trying to place your order.
- You may have completed properly all the necessary steps but due to technical problem by our end your order was not confirmed.
- HOW CAN I ACT IF THERE IS A PRODUCT MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

Once we confirm that the fault is from our end and you still wish the completion of your order, then we will make an additional dispatch to you at our expenses*.
*We feel obliged to inform you that the frequency of uncompleted orders is extremely rare and it cannot exceed one mistake per customer during a year.

- The status of deliveries is as following*:
- For orders within the region of Attica dlivery will be completed in one or two working days, depending on the time you confirm you order to us. If your order is placed until 11:00 am, delivery will take place the next working day.
- For deliveries in Greece (excluding Attica) and islands please allow one to three days in addition, depending on the destination.
- For deliveries in far away regions of Greece please allow one or two days in addition for delivery.
- All abroad deliveries will be dispatched within two working days.

- We provide you the possibility to pick your order from Redstore at Karaiskaki (pick@store service) throughout its working hours. All you need to do is to contact with us and confirm us when you wish to come and pick up your order.
This applies to all working days except home match games due to working load.
- WHY MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
- Delaying orders may happen for the following reasons:
- There is a mistake on the provided address
- The payment method cannot be completed
- There is pending communication with the customer for issues of his order
- The product you have ordered is temporary out of stock
- Reasons that are not responsibility of Redsore e.g. strikes, bad weather etc.

- The shipping cost is shown as a different total in your order before you complete your shopping and varies depending on the delivery place.

- The cost for deliveries in Attica Athens is 9,00€ and 12,00€ for the rest of Greece.

- In the first page of our e-shop you will find the basic product categories. Underneath these categories lie the subcategories which you can see with the use of a flexible menu map that will help you to find easy and quick the items you desire.
- HOW CAN I SEE THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS?
- Every item has a certain availability that is shown with the use of colors. We have five different color indications:
- Green: maximum availability
- Yellow: available
- Orange: medium availability
- Red: limited availability

*Items that have the “soon available” indication can be pre- ordered. A priority list with orders of the specific items is created and as soon as we receive the products we communicate with all customers in order to confirm their pre-orders. An example of these products is the new shirt of the squad.

- CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE SHIRT?
- You can customize the shirt by choosing to add your personal printing. Once you decide which shirt you wish to purchase, you have the ability to add your personal printing and preview it on line.
Then if it is up to your taste you can make purchase.
We have to inform you that we do not accept returns in shirts that have personal printing on them. We make exceptions only if the item is faulty.
- CAN I CHOOSE PERSONAL PRINTING ON OTHER ITEMS?
- Besides the shirts, there is the possibility to add your personal printing to other items such as T-shirts. The items that offer the capability of personal printing will have the according indication.
